It is unbelievable how the company acts and works like a family. It is not usual to have a team of people who you can rely on at any given circumstance and time! - Enablement does a great job and constantly thrives for improvement - SEs are great experts, BVAs are industry advocates and do on. - The technology is very mature and that is why Gartner is ranking Flexera every year as leader - The vision is strong and is going to be successful - Great Management

Cons

It is hard to describe so cons as those are individual. But let me put it like this: If you are not able or willing to accept fast paced environment and live the Flexera culture, then you find this as Cons.
