      Good time to be part of Flexera

      Pros

      A growing business with a lot of potantial. Excellent teaming across the company. Good products that deliver value and savings, so the WW recession had little impact on the company growth.

      Cons

      Very sales oriented (is this a bad thing?). Long-ish working hours. Some teething problems related to fast growth of the company.

      Pros

      I had been working for multiple IT companies here and there for about 10 years before Flexera and really thought I was not designed for the industry. Then joined Flexera in 2005 and since then just enjoy every day of work, a place where I have met with extremely smart people, developed skills in the direction I wanted, made real friends, and can't see any reason to leave. A place where "Candour" is a key corporate value can't be a bad place.

      Cons

      Still looking for Cons after 10 minutes... Some people mention lack of brand awareness, why would I care? the products are great and the future is bright
