Pros

Competitive salary, spirited executive management. Flexera has little competition. And changes direction every 5 years. Current growth strategy started in 2018 seems to be very successful.

Cons

No real synergy between the multiple divisions.

Agree as we grow it gets harder to keep connection between our two divisions -- something we continue to work on through combined all hands and leadership goals/updates.

Pros

The people are awesome - everyone chips in and there is not a lot of politicking. There is more than enough work to do but the work is fun and interesting.

Cons

There is more than enough work to do! Some people are stuck in the old days/90's and need to get over themselves.
