      Pros

      Nice facilities at the headquarters.

      Cons

      Flexera is way better at selling product road maps to investors, than delivering value to customers. The CRO was promoted to CEO 10 years ago, and has whiffed on all 5 backfill attempts.

We recently restructured the organization, focused on customer outcomes, and added excellent leadership worldwide.
