ARR driven company with no focus on tech

Pros

Remote work, benefits retained from Snow acquisition

Cons

Direct orders to focus only on increasing ARR and never on tech. Chaotic stack, each team builds its own infrastructures and tooling, no architectural consistency. Discontinuation of a great product (killed by acquisition) in favour of an original, legacy platform.

Cons

Efficient QA team faded into non-existence. Massive hiring and layoffs.
