Pros

Flexera try to keep a great culture and put a lot of time and effort into backing this up, and they treat employees very well. The people are generally great and care a lot about what they do

Cons

The company runs things very lean which makes for a cash rich company that is a great company on paper but it is frustrating when additional resources would make so many people's jobs easier
