I completely understand the "confused culture," as we are still working on integration (due to our recent acquisition of Snow software), and things can seem unclear. We have shared and will continue regularly communicating our strategy, vision, and organizational alignment. Pros

Nice facilities at the headquarters.

Cons

Flexera is way better at selling product road maps to investors, than delivering value to customers. The CRO was promoted to CEO 10 years ago, and has whiffed on all 5 backfill attempts.

Our customers are critical to our success, and we are committed to helping them receive value from our solutions. We recently restructured the organization, focused on customer outcomes, and added excellent leadership worldwide. Interestimg ERP and Hybrid on premise and SaaS customer base. Great Product with best Story telling and inspirational CIO Jim Ryan. Diversity is not a buzz word but in their DNA

Cons

Very US&UK centric based look more to EMEA base and consolidate your products also from REVENERA into product Portfolio
