Pros

Schedule Flexibility. All meals paid for. Airplane maintenance typically very good. Starting pay is decent.

Cons

Pace on the road is entirely unsustainable. Company support on the road is lacking. Management seems aware of issues but has done nothing to improve the situation and has been dragging feet on updated QOL issues.

Pros

Work is good. Conditions are decent. Pay is really pretty good, although not administered correctly, i/e people with less experience and time on the job without license even, getting paid more than those with license and experience. Great place to keep your head down and just do your job.

Cons

Not enough room for advancement. Great pay as stated above but poor evaluation of skills and value of its employees. Not enough vacation/pto.
