Pros

The people are helpful and friendly. The equipment and maintenance is top notch, and the pay and benefits are are decent. They have a no questions ask fatigue policy. There is no per diem, but you are given a company credit card for food and transportation, and as long as it's reasonable, there is no spending limit on meals. The hotels are generally very good, and seem to be getting better.

Cons

The work days can be extremely long, and they have a ridiculously short call out (wheels up in 90 minutes from hotel). The short call out means you basically can't do anything if you are on reserve in a hotel. The type and recurrent training is done by third party contracts, so it's luck of the draw. For an operation approaching 1500 pilots, I personally find this very strange. They don't have licensed dispatchers, which is also weird. The flight planning is generally very good, but the ball is occasionally dropped in a manner that I don't think would happen if they used licensed dispatchers. The "schedulers" seem to try and get 12-14hrs of duty out of you, and they routinely drop a trip on you after a 10 hour day with multi legs. In my opinion, it's that's too much.

Pros

Fast upgrades , nice fleet , paid FAA medical, paid passport renewal, paid uniforms , 3 meals a day paid . parking paid , reasonable PTO , good pay and improving , bonuses aren’t bad .

Cons

401k could be better , bonuses aren’t hard to make but seem difficult to maximize, schedule bidding is the pits . Red label can be good with scheduling but can be not so good depending on team mates needs .
