      New Name, Same Issues

      Pros

      Decent pay. Weekends off. Varied learned skills.

      Cons

      Very cliquey groups. Managers don't want to teach anything. Everyone talks bad about everyone else. Certain employees just sleep for a good chunk of their shift. No one takes time to explain anything. Employees spend day complaining about the company and each other.You can and will be fired of they don't like you,

      Good operation but lags behind major airlines

      Pros

      Pretty well run operation. It does have some growing pains and logistics issues likely due to high turnover in the ops center. It is a good place to be for professional pilots who want more variety than airline flying. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Although they say we’re competitive pay in the industry, you can still make a lot more money at the major airlines. Logistics issues and nonsensical issues likely due to impatience at the ops center. Non union pilot group.
