Not much room to grow and there are tons of departments that you wouldn’t know exist so it’s hard to consider your options for movement.

Live at home, health ins ok, pay for uniforms

Cons

Long days no real pay increase after first 2years flat increase, retirement is not up to industry standards, long days, hard to no make bonuses, schedule isn’t as promised until 2/3 years in, tell you what you want to hear till you get in.
