A big pro would be the people I've started to work with, they've been extremely inviting and helpful. Even though I've been here a short amount of time I feel right at home and cannot wait to grow with the company. Not to mention the benefits are great, and this industry is an exciting one to be in, what more could you want!?

Cons

I can't say that there are any from my time here.

Offers a great schedule and amazing benefits. Atmosphere is awesome. Co-workers are very friendly and extremely helpful. Haven't had a bad experience here yet.

Cons

Have to accrue PTO. Understand that this is standard. Can't think of one actual bad thing to say.

Pros

Excellent benefits and pay. Worked my way up the ladder and was rewarded for doing good work with promotions and raises.

Cons

Company is no longer owned by Bombardier, now owned by Flight Options parent company. Although Bombardier had its issues, Flight Options has gutted the company.
