      - Free coffee - Free snacks - Free water

      Cons

      - team managers are big on micro management - accusatory/negative emails are sent regularly - the work is all manual with a lot of duplication between people/teams and there is no automation (basic admin tasks can take hours) - rarely an opportunity to take your 30 min meal break on a 12 hour shift - Ops system is not fit for purpose - Google “toxic management traits”
