      Pros

      Benefits and pay are really good. They welcome you like family. They have great medical,dental and 401k that they match. That means a lot to most people

      Cons

      Takes to long to hire people. Takes to long to get raises. Self reviews are a waste of time. The self reviews are definitely not a moral booster when you think you did a great job at something you can only give yourself a 2.

      Pros

      The schedule is nice having 3-4 days off a week.. and some of the employees are inviting/helpful.

      Cons

      Way more cons that outweigh the few pros. The main problem is management. Run with adults stuck in highschool, favoritism and gossip are endless. Would not suggest to someone who wants a fair and honest work atmosphere. The pay is inadequate for the Operations positions as well. Expectations are high regardless of how little management actually notices the work you are putting in for the company.

      Pros

      Geographical location. Lots of Pubs, taverns, and eateries. Some exceptional mx technicians.

      Cons

      The Cleveland facility is a complete shambles. Dark, dank, dirty. No organization, no planning to speak of, no leadership from the floor up. Quality, No. Scheduling, uh.. nope Inventory, What's that? Network server, duh.. what for, tribal knowledge is fine. Unrealistic expectations abound. Run, don't walk... this is no place to be if you enjoy a good night's sleep.
