-Pay is on par with the major airlines. -Insurance is cheap and great. -Schedules are good. Not a bad schedule for any shift IMO.

Cons

This is all for Dallas base, not the company as a whole. -training is basically non existent, are judged if you ask questions. -SOP is made up as the days go by, and if you don’t know, you are looked down upon. -PTO is practically non existent and it’s pulling teeth just to use it. -Are judged if you call out sick. -The Corporate politics is worse then being in actual government politics -being friends with management=promotions
