      Pros

      Really enjoying my time at flex so far. Nice aircraft good pay and well fed as most said already. Building your schedule.

      Cons

      Loonngg duty days. Day 1 travel days start early. OT pay should start at 10 hours and not 12 hours of duty. No AQP style training.

      Pros

      - Sometimes you get to go on the Jets - Relationships with the Owners - The working schedule (not your typical 9 - 5 M - F but also not more than 40 hours a week) - Sometimes the trainings are fun and interactive - Cafe/Kitchen

      Cons

      - Management. Unprofessional is the all encompassing word to describe management here - Gossip is everywhere. Drama is everywhere. It is a popularity contest here, very much like highschool - Coworkers are unkind to each other - Get ready to be judged if you take a break for too long, go to the bathroom, or get up from your seat in general - Growth is not great - It takes legit 6 months for you to see a "raise" after you have been told you are getting one
