Exceptional If A Hard Worker

Pros

Entrepreneurial, start-up like feel but with a company with a 20+ year history. Great place for self-starters who require little oversight, in other words if you thrive in an environment not riddled with corporate policies and procedures, you will thoroughly enjoy working for Flexjet.

Cons

There is no room for those who expect others to pull their weight or who need to have constant guidance / instruction on what to do and how to do it. (by the way, these are pros to me but for many they will not be).

Morale Never Lower

Pros

No pros really.Used to be a great company where we considered each other family. We are told everything would stay in Dallas and now pretty much everything moved to Cleveland. Internal relationships run ramped. CP's love everyone. H-R - / F A2 have something they cannot recognize. Is it work or not?

Cons

Everything essentially. Morale is gone. No such thing as a work life balance.

Pros

They pay well, its easy to make a lot and do very little if you are in the office or training center. If you want to have an affair with management you can go places.

Cons

Work at the Richardson Location and you are subject to sexual harassment from CP's. I know of at least 4 female employees have had affairs with married men in the office. This company obviously doesn't care about how females are treated or referred to.... We are simply "clams" They shut down most operations and moved them to Cleveland, so they simply go into the pilot base now.
