      What a sad sad company now..... If only Ken Ricci Knew what everyone is saying

      Pros

      It was fun at one time, the atmosphere is thick now. The once great benefits package is adequate at best now. The people are fun.... and lunch is a #1 priority.

      Cons

      Tension is high, a lot of the great ones are jumping ship. There is a problem in the office with DS / CP having affairs with subordinates. There is no moral compass anymore. Even new hires are talked about in a less than manner. One of them will sue and it will change maybe.

      Pros

      They pay well, its easy to make a lot and do very little if you are in the office or training center. If you want to have an affair with management you can go places.

      Cons

      Work at the Richardson Location and you are subject to sexual harassment from CP's. I know of at least 4 female employees have had affairs with married men in the office. This company obviously doesn't care about how females are treated or referred to.... We are simply "clams" They shut down most operations and moved them to Cleveland, so they simply go into the pilot base now.

      Pros

      This is an amazing industry to work in. Fast paced, challenging, fun & exciting. Great pay and awesome benefits. We are excited about the new aircraft we are introducing to our fleet.

      Cons

      After the sale by Bombardier we lost many friends and co-workers to Cleveland as operations were combined. This is never easy to live through, unfortunately it is the nature of today's business world. Now the dust is settling and we are moving forward again.
