Pros
This company really took care of it's employees. The salaries were above the industry average, and raises and bonuses were given in each of the years I was employed.
Cons
Flexjet was purchased by another airline and employee relations diminished significantly at that point. Communication with employees was very poor. No raise or bonus has been given in the two years since the purchase of the company.
