      Pros

      Training lasts 1 month and you learn about all aspects of the industry: airfreight, sea freight, domestic trucking, customs, documentation, pricing etc. You will be surrounded by passionate people from various industries, that creates a lot of healthy diversity and results in continuous innovation. Our engineers are great! and.. Perks! You can ride your bike to work, get free breakfast & lunch... if you happen to stay late, you can expense your dinner.

      Pros

      The CEO makes no secret of his contempt for anyone who doesn’t align with his views completely. His open disrespect towards the entire company is evident during every all-hands meeting and founders’ town hall. While he is unapologetic about his demeanor, which could be seen as preferable to inauthenticity, there are positive aspects as well. Salaries are consistently paid on schedule, and my team members are genuinely supportive and collaborative.

      Cons

      Guidance from the top is insufficient. Interactions with the CEO have become increasingly challenging, as his approach to decision-making seems to reflect a sense of desperation.

      A lot of talent ICs. Some middle management team are strong

      Cons

      CEO said there won't be lay off. Then a month later, 20% of the company are lay off. Lay off is ok. Misleading people is horrible.
