- Leadership is unwilling to take accountability and will place blame on underlings with no accountability - Leadership makes any promise to get out of a conversation and never follows through - After 1..5 years I was asked to contually prove my loyatly - Pay was underpaid by 30k compared to my colleagues and was called immature for bringing it up. They also price there RSUs like they are already public and 5x what they are worth - Say they promote from within but pay outside hires more for the same job - toxic work culture where the leader of the team talks down to underlings and we had to have a meeting when she began the team where it is known this is the case and where told to keep complaints away from HR

- a lot of arrogant employees - some people don't check their calendars until the day of and then tell you they can't make things even when it's been booked 2+ weeks - PMs and some engineers here are super arrogant especially, snap at you and type harshly. unwarrented behavior - salary bands are super low and inconsistent, i'm getting paid 10k less then some coworkers - no promotion or career progression (they also love bringing in people from outside instead of promoting within and then you'll end up having to teach your upper level everything, makes no sense) - forcing RTO and saying employees who don't want to be in office don't care about flexport's mission at all and 'good riddance' basically - disorganized! - i frequently have to finish up work at night
