Thanks for taking the time to share your honest feedback. As you mentioned, we are excited to be at the intersection of logistics and technology. Our mission is to make global trade easy for everyone and we do that by bringing together advanced technology, shipping infrastructure and human expertise. We've experienced incredible growth and anticipate to only further grow this year and beyond. That said, growing quickly doesn't come without it's own set of challenges. One of our biggest priorities is building out the leadership, expertise and infrastructure to support our current and future employees. And we agree, we want to recognize and empower our employees to do great work. We are currently going through our semi-annual performance feedback cycle. This is our way of ensuring that all team members have an opportunity to receive and provide feedback, including recognition and development opportunities awarded.
