- Intelligent, creative, and ambitious employees and collaborative workplace - Nice benefits: healthcare, work from home flexibility, lunch & snacks provided, beautiful office space, fun team and office events - Innovative and ever changing teams lead fast growth career opportunities compared to dinosaur companies

Cons

- little to no work/life separation, long hours and stressful work environment - role and escalation ambiguity. Because the company is so young there is not clear pathways for finding help or sufficient enablement resources - increased turnover and risk of burnout for front line roles in SCO and CS - global supply chain is a very challenging and complex industry that no amount of customer service or tech visibility can compensate for clients in peak seasons
