Executives don't pay attention to what is really going on. I had horrible experiences involving an unreasonable manager. HR will not take your side and just takes management's side. When employees bring up a high turnover at all hands, the management does not have a clear understanding and blames employees or just brushes them off as it's the market average. If you are new to the industry and just looking for an experience, this is a good place to start. Do not recommend it to anyone else. Totally lacks diversity in leadership.

Great people in the ATL office!

HQ leadership in San Francisco is 90% out of touch with the reality of workload demands & accountability on the ops associates (or whatever the newest iteration of title/roles they give to people working directly with clients). Career mapping with senior leadership is now finally becoming a relevant topic — otherwise you have to CONSTANTLY advocate for yourself for opportunities.
