Mid-Market Is the place to be at Flexport
Pros
The leadership team is outstanding in the Mid Market segment. Ive always felt supported and I've learned so many valuable skills that Ill carry forward forever. I feel extremely valued and compensated well for the work I do. I've contemplated moving to a different department numerous times now and I can't bring myself to leave because I love working with the team in Mid Market.
Cons
Being in the office 5 days per week ins't necessary for the team members who have a proven track record of exceptional performance. This is also why Im rating a 2/5 for work life balance. Internal reporting issues have led to miscalculation of compensation in the past. This also makes it hard to track progression through each quarter, however we have made solid improvements over the last few months.
