Working at FloQast has been an all-around awesome experience. The team here has built a great product that resonates with most prospects who see it and solves a real problem. Everyone here is super collaborative and excited to come to work every day. Being as young as we are, there are new challenges every day that everyone is expected to contribute towards solving, but it's so much better than being put into a rigid box where every piece of your role is strictly defined. As we continue to grow, every person here will have real opportunities to accelerate their career and carve out the role that they most want.
Cons
There really aren't any that I can think of. The executive team gives us everything we need to be successful. The people rock. The product is great. The space we're working in today is a little bit tight, but we'll be growing into a new location soon enough.
