It's a bit "culty", and people like to "drink the kool aid" which I always find off putting in organizations. They also spend too much money on weird things like swag and a youtube TV show. It's cool, but that money should be used for raises and 401k matching, which they didn't do during my tenure. I would think for an accounting/finance company they would consider that.

Where do I start... As mentioned in plenty of the other negative reviews this place has a lot of major issues when it comes to organizational structure, barely any raises/promotions from within, and no true process anywhere within the product department, oh the quick to hire but quicker to fire trend runs rampant. Teams are extremely siloed. Upper leadership refuses to change processes or find solutions. FQ spends its money on random "swag" giveaways during different times of the year with their non-iconic unicorn illustration that clearly was plucked from the unicorn and sparkle trend of 2012. Oh and not to forget their Youtube series that's a pointless rip-off of the Office. There's also a very large lack of diversity in this company - there is hardly any BIPOC individuals. There is maybe one or two female leaders within the company but majority of it is a white sausage fest.
