      Autonomy in my role, a strong focus on the strategy, clear and concise management, pushed out of my comfort zone and the resources for me to be successful in my role.

      Given the nature of the size of the organisation my role expands across more areas than the job title suggests, however this is an opportunity to learn more and expand my skillset.

      High growth and really interesting products and technology. The team are energised, talented and focussed and the high-communication and feedback culture is incredibly refreshing. I'm two months into the business and am really pleased to have made the move!
