      Pros

      Flock is a great place to work, since day one I have been given the freedom to take on complex projects and own them from start to finish. The support system is also fantastic, if you are stuck or struggling to solve a problem there is always someone there to help you through it. We are given time to learn new skills and a budget each year for self improvement. Day to day work is very fast paced and everyone comes to the table with a lot of energy ready to tackle the big problems in the insurance industry we are trying to solve.

      Cons

      Nothing much to say here other than sometimes the work can be tough, but there is always support from other members of the team to help you through it.
