      Pros

      Some great individuals on the team especially in the Insurance & broker function. It was a fun and exciting place to work and had great social aspects. CEO is passionate about the mission

      Cons

      Recently hired people from corporate roles who don't fit the startup culture. The leadership team is far removed from how the employees feel which has created a negative environment. Lack of a people team presence and are on their 3rd head of people in one year. A lot of good staff have left even in higher-up roles. Lack of recognition to employees which makes them feel expendable.

      - Everybody lives by the company values - Transparency means that everyone is onboard with the mission - No egos / no politics - just collaborative working - Great to be part of an exciting growth journey - Feedback from brokers / clients / industry colleagues has been consistently strong - Reward is good

      Ensuring all the above is maintained during the continued expansion over the coming years.
