Flock made my transition from a 25-year government career into the private sector seamless. From recruitment to onboarding and into the role itself, the process was smooth and well-structured. Goals and expectations are clearly outlined from the start, along with a defined path to help you achieve them. The company also maintains a strong “family feel,” supported by ERG groups that foster an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Cons

Less of a “con” and more about finding the right fit. Flock operates at a fast pace, so being engaged and adaptable is key to success. For those who enjoy that energy, it’s a great environment. Those who prefer a slower pace may find it less aligned with their style.
