      Pros

      Collaborative environment. Typically new hires get a lot of responsibilities soon. Company is growing this creates additional opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      I don't think they really have any negatives.

      Pros

      Theres a pretty long list..... 1. challenging work 2. open communication with peers and management 3. no micromanagement 4. balanced work-life 5. lots of company events and team building activities (even an all expenses paid for weekend trip!) 6. stocked lounge with snacks and alcohol, catered lunches 7. Awesome comp

      Cons

      There aren't too many negatives of working here. The biggest complaint is the temperature fluctuates in the office sometimes!
