      Pros

      - The people and the diff. teams are great and have been a huge con for me since I started here. It has been a pleasure to work together with them and many became good friends of mine. Definitely the smartest people that I have worked with and from who I have learned, and still can learn, a lot from. - Very entrepreneurial mindset within the company, in which you can really contribute - Many events and company trips are organized, which are always amazing

      Cons

      - Workload can be high at certain times. You are in this together tho and usually we are able to divide it and get compensation on other "easier" days

      Pros

      Work with smart, talented individuals everyday. Job itself is very fulfilling. You'll learn a lot and be challenged, but you'll always see your work pay off. Great collaborations amongst teams, really feels like your voice/opinion is heard when discussing the direction and details of projects.

      Cons

      Won't always be a typical 9-5. Pretty standard in the industry but can have busier days where you're working outside of those hours.

      Pros

      I enjoy my time working at Flow Traders because of the opportunities for growth. Everyone I have worked with is smart and collaborative and I’ve learned a lot working cross functionally and with teams at the offices abroad. The daily lunches are my favorite perk and there’s always fun activities planned in and out of the office to take advantage of.

      Cons

      Work can be fast paced, which can be a learning curve for those who are used to a more relaxed pace with less of a sense of urgency.
