In general a great company to work at. Flow Traders is entrepreneurial, new ideas are quickly picked up and in production Direct feedback by the market Collaborative environment where teams work together, Flow Traders doesn't have silos and does have a shared incentive pool which fosters teamwork.

Throughout the past year, I have had an overall positive experience. The company has a great culture that fosters a small-family feeling despite being a big corporation. The work-life balance is amazing, and I have always felt supported by management when it comes to personal matters or time off. One of the best things about working at Flow Traders is the opportunity to learn and grow. There is a culture of continuous improvement, and the company invests in employee development. I have had the chance to take on new projects and responsibilities that have allowed me to develop new skills and advance my career. Management trusts employees to do their work and make decisions, which is both empowering and motivating.
