      Pros

      Great Culture and people are great to work with. Good Benefits (breakfast/lunches and massages provided). Great place for juniors and self starters. A lot of growth opportunities for juniors.

      Cons

      Poor Capital Management which doesn't allow business to grow. Poor Decision making from Senior Management. Ppl with lack of experience being promoted to senior positions. Stagnates after you reach a senior position within a team.Ppl spending more time managing expectations from senior MT rather than doing the work.

      Pros

      Good benefits, free breakfast and lunches. Environment beneficial for self-starters who wants good broad exposure to the world of electronic market making.

      Cons

      Quality of management have deteriorated over the years with lack of foresight in business strategy resulting in some real bad decisions and bad publicity in the press. Compensation is lagging behind the market especially with the current inflationary pressure and both management / HR are adamant on any changes. There is probably due to the lack of experience and ignorance of the labour market.

      - you get responsibility early on in your career - not hierarchical, all that matters is your performance - good pay, especially when you prove yourself - very friendly atmosphere - good work/life balance - great company trips

      Cons

      - no feedback mechanism to give feedback on how management performs. Little training for management to get better at their jobs. Some of the homegrown talent was good at their job, but is terrible at managing. - higher management often MIA, seem more occupied with their welfare than the company’s
