Pros

Competitive salary, extensive health coverage, company trips

Cons

No diversity at the top, egoistical and hasty decision making in management, promoting unqualified people to manage, lack vision, lack transparency (they will claim transparency but what is communicated are usually half truths)

CTO

Pros

Challenging, demanding and you will be pushed to your limits.

Cons

A recent Bloomberg article about the CTO is a reflection of the technology culture and how highly biased the technology culture is, which is left unchecked and unguarded by HR. A lack of transparency in renumeration and career opportunities.

Pros

Good perks Nice facilities like gym, bar, food Company trips Smar teammates if you're lucky

Cons

Below average pay Not the right place if you're an experienced professional. You'll see nepotism everywhere. Your experience and work doesn't matter, you have to be a sycophant if you want to be a lead or better bonus. Sorry if you're going to be an introvert who does good work but don't hang out drinking with your lead . Don't be surprised if someone junior than you and no experience outside this company is your manager, making ridiculous decisions and earning better than you. Of late, there are leads everywhere and more chaos. As a developer you'll end up spending more time on other things than actual development. Often helping out the inefficient support team for trivial things. They call themselves a tech company but when it comes to bonus tech folks get crumbs. You'll notice lot of people stuck here because their skills are stagnant. Transparency is the biggest propaganda that you'll see here. HR could care more about employee welfare than events and Instagram updates.
