Theres a pretty long list..... 1. challenging work 2. open communication with peers and management 3. no micromanagement 4. balanced work-life 5. lots of company events and team building activities (even an all expenses paid for weekend trip!) 6. stocked lounge with snacks and alcohol, catered lunches 7. Awesome comp

Cons

There aren't too many negatives of working here. The biggest complaint is the temperature fluctuates in the office sometimes!

great management who understands you and your career aspirations. A very good work life balance Regular exotic company outings and events. Good bonus structure. Transparency and freedom to ideate in your role. Wear what makes your comfortable approach. One of the few financial company's that truly preservers a startup culture and environment. Breakfast lunches are served. Fully stacked pantry, and coffee machines. Gaming area with pool table, gaming consoles and a lounge area with beer on tap!!

Cons

This is not a place for someone who needs a lot of hand-holding to start.

Great organized company. State of the art office in Amsterdam. Keep up the management open door policy.

Cons

Unfortunately you don't grow in base salary over the years. Only your bonus will grow as you stay longer with the company.
