Great senior management, great training program, and a very promising future

No matter which office employs you, six months (most) expenses paid training in Amsterdam - thorough learning experience and a great way to get to know the company and its intelligent, friendly people. Management is very active with the traders and very forward thinking - there is a lot to be optimistic about if management continues to make the right decisions. Far better than expected work/life balance and vacation policy compared to rest of the finance industry.

Cons

Company suffers from some growing pains every now and then and while the lax and casual work environment is quite comfortable, a slightly more professional environment would increase performance and innovation. Not much else to complain about!

Pros

Flow has a very open environment where you can have daily interaction with everyone in the office. It is different than working in a big company because you are not just a number. Each person here really adds something to the team and is always willing to help out. The company expects high quality performance from its employees, but they also value your hard work and definitely reward well. There are also a lot of fun events that the company hosts and they always want their employees to have a good time!

Cons

Since it is a pretty small firm, sometimes it is difficult to know what your next career move is. I have encountered this a few times here, but ultimately the ball was in my court to propose my next advancement. Luckily management is approachable and almost anything is open to discussion. That is why I am still here.

The informal environment and the flat organizational structure allows you to keep your professional individuality. Good initiatives are put in practice, you the opportunity to bring a contribution to your work or the work of others. Besides, these initiatives are also rewarded. A dynamic company, you never get bored in your work. Great working conditions and facilities, high-budget social events organized a few times per year for all employees.
