- you get responsibility early on in your career - not hierarchical, all that matters is your performance - good pay, especially when you prove yourself - very friendly atmosphere - good work/life balance - great company trips

Cons

- no feedback mechanism to give feedback on how management performs. Little training for management to get better at their jobs. Some of the homegrown talent was good at their job, but is terrible at managing. - higher management often MIA, seem more occupied with their welfare than the company’s

Pros

Collaborative, fun work environment, always have a chance to voice your opinions and contribute directly to growth, becoming a more established company in the industry externally. Particularly during COVID, the company has shown that they really care about us with nice WFH setups, care packages and weekly MB updates. Even while working from home, everyone is reachable and it seems business as usual but with more solidarity than ever.

Cons

Communication from HQ doesn't always trickle down to other offices, lower base salary than some competitors - more variable comp

Pros

One of the best places I have ever worked at. The company gives back to much, it's almost impossible to NOT give your 100%. They truly do take care of their employees. Standard trading environment. Everyone is super friendly and provide you with the tools to succeed. Definitely a "team" environment. They encourage innovation and whatever helps the company as whole. There is ALWAYS work that needs to be done so you will never be "bored"

Cons

office needs some color...temperature fluctuates which causes an issues for what to wear to work.....
