Great pay, very upbeat and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurants, I had a fun group of coworkers, and the shifts are very reasonable in length

Cons

The main downside for me was the minimum 3 shift a week commitment, which I couldn't really make work while also being in school full time

Everyday is different! One day you'll be on the register, the next making juice or on another running food. The tips are incredible usually 11-15 an hour depending on how busy we are. All the tips are split at the end of the night so nobody has to fret over slow hours.

Cons

Not many, just a lot of standing. Sometimes you might not get to move from your position at main for 4 hours.
