      Successful IPO brought enough money for investments and teams growth; very promising niche with fantastic growth

      Cons

      Company is growing fast but is lacking the tools and processes to keep it up. It's happening but not as fast as the growth, which can be painful sometimes. But with this comes the opportunity to support and help the company to shape up.
