Pros

Good company to work for with good pay. Usually flexible hours. understanding management from the engineering teams.

Cons

Employment is not handled well internally. I have seen the company promise coworkers promotions and set up positions only for them to hand it to someone else. This ends motivation and forces them to find other employment. I have seen the company fire field engineers to cover their own company faults while working on sites. I have seen the company fire people without even telling their direct managers that the employees under them would be fired. Finally when fired they promise severance but make it painfully difficult to recieve it from hr/payroll
