Leadership is a collection of generalists who are chasing short-term profitability at the cost of sustainable growth and technical inadequacy. Most likely IPO’d too quickly and thus prioritize their decision-making rationale with the investment community’s sentiments in mind more than long-term viability. Also a complete reversal of a remote-first policy in less than a year will force many out of the company.
