Brilliant atmosphere, excellent facilities, interesting customers, continuous learning is strongly supported, company values are not just words on paper but clearly visible every day and on all levels of the company.

Company culture, nice and professional colleagues, amount of learning in the work, possibilities to really don what you want to do. A lot of fun activities.

Cons

As many fast-growing companies, all processes and other things are not always clearly defined. Since it has been recruiting a lot recently, sometimes there might slip in ppl who are not the sharpest knifes in the box. But they learn.
