Business Outlook
Pros
Very supportive and friendly top management. I really like those guys and the the relaxed atmosphere which they are creating. There is also good work-life balance in the company - nobody pushes you to do overtime work if it is not really necessary - and then it is properly appreciated.
Cons
Some colleagues are not experienced enough in their position and it creates problems when you work with them. The company is growing fast, taking new employees, but sometimes there is not enough work even for the more experienced.
