Pros
When things are profitable, and plenty of work, people are treated better. We tend to forget the good People that make solid sacrifices and take the nasty jobs no one wants to take. Remember those that do this come layoff. Those that are more qualified, skilled, those that are women.
Cons
As with any company, it’s about the people and the leadership. Some leaders are great & do right by the people & some do horrible injustices. Such is the way at Fluor. Biased toward men in a man’s world.
