      Pros

      Challenging work in Afghanistan. Enjoyed working along side people from all over the world. The environment pushed your limits and made you appreciate simple things in life. Strong commitment to employees, good safety performance at all times, good core values.

      Cons

      Field leadership tends to be ambivalent. Communication at the project level is sometimes vague and misleading. Easy to become "just a number" here. Lay offs comes unexpectedly and sometimes they over hire.

      Great employer, really has opportunities to grow and learn within the company. Fluor University has many courses than can contribute to profesional and personal growth

      I can only add that it was a great experience and that I learned a lot from working here. It gave me the opportunity to develop in my professional career
