      Experience with projects where interfacing with other discipline is required for the betterment of result. Highly focuses in dealing project and have self-time management skill to complete them as per required schedule. Work well with different kinds of people and can deal with pressure without affecting the quality of work.

      There are greater statutory obligations, such as submission of Annual Accounts, Corporation Tax Returns and VAT Returns.

      Pros

      Alright Benefits package for EPC. Company has been good at getting projects however not good at getting detail design work.

      Cons

      When times turn rough they are very quick to lay off people. Staff employees are treated no different than contractors and sometimes are laid off before the contractors due to the requirement for notice.
