      Pros

      A tremendously well structured organization whose experiences have been documented into streamlined processes to allow for successful execution of large mega projects. It also retains a huge knowledge base that employees can access add well as subject matter experts in literally all areas of a wide cross section of various industries.

      Cons

      It's structure and processes can also be it's weakness to execute projects of a much smaller nature that have dynamic client needs.

      Pros

      Participate high profile, capital intensive projects in a way that can make an impact. The coworkers are friendly and things can get done easily. Very professional firm with lots of practice and guidance, and expert help on many design issues. Lots of opportunities to grow professionally.

      Cons

      Highly vulnerable to marketing conditions. If winning a projects then lots of hiring takes place, but if a key project is lost, then layoff begins. It is sad to see people you work with leave.
