Fluor is very good at providing cross functional and in depth functional training to new grads and juniors. The company has a very good project execution system especially when it comes to large size projects.

Cons

Sometimes the project execution needs to be simplified for small to mid size projects. When it is on a large size project, people might not be able to implement all of their skills and get limited on their responsibilities.

fluor is the most employee friendly and knon for its systems and standards throughout the world for EPCM jobs

Cons

with no shake up for decades and things are faltering. Seniors are becoming sluggish, taking it as their home and taken every thing for granted. As a resuly, quality and reputation is faultering
